This was our first Laser Adventure experience and I was so impressed in many aspects. As a family with two boys, we love laser tag and have been to many other locations in the Cincinnati area. We brought our 2 sons and some friends in on a Tuesday night. I can not say enough on how wonderful the experience was. The facility was clean, neat, the staff friendly, personable yet professional, and helpful. We ordered pizza and everything was on time, quality food, and delivered to our table. We had a game that "ate" some token and they were refunded promptly and no "guilt trip" about the defective game. Even once, my 7 year old lost one token in a game and it was refunded right away. I had called several times with questions and the staff answered my calls politely and had the knowledge to help me. You have a great group of teens/twenty somethings on staff. They were all so nice to the young kids we had (and patient as the boys selected their prizes with their tickets). The other patrons were respectful and ,even though they were in their teens, embraced playing with the group of 6-9 year olds we brought (.. and we beat them too!! both laser tags games we played ha ha!). We had such a positive experience that we will be back. It really is the little things that make a huge difference. I am and will tell all my laser tag loving NKY friends with families about my great experience. Thank you so much.
