What is Laser Tag?

Laser tag is a unique action packed sport that is easy to learn and appealing to men and women, boys and girls. It is a high tech form of hide and go seek and tag. Players wear a light weight vest and carry a futuristic phaser to "tag" opponents with a visible laser light beam and score points. At the end of the game, each of the players receive a computer generated scorecard that shows their total score, hit to shot ratio, rank, and winning team.

Our 7500 square foot arena was professionally designed with safety, playability, and excitement in mind. It's ancient Egyptian appearance, special props, effects and obstacles are impressive. Our arena looks and feels like a movie set rather than just the usual laser tag maze.

The Vest

The vest fits everyone. Each vest has 6 illuminated BLOBs which light up to one of 4 colors to designate teams. BLOBs are also where you tag other players with the use of your Phaser. When tagged, the BLOB vibrates and turns white to let you know where the fire came from. A high quality speaker provides clues that coincide with every action you experience during the game.

The Phaser

The Phaser is two-handed for comfort, accuracy and safety. It is very accurate and allows you to tag your opponents from a great distance. On the back of the Phaser is a high-quality graphic LCD in permanent view. The LCD is continually updated explaining what is happening to you in full text. The LCD lists real-time values of your ammo, lives, energy, credits, points and rank to keep you up-to-date on your status.

The GEM (Game Enhancement Module)

GEMs are found throughout the arena. They can be tagged to earn special powers or points. GEMs can also attack you. When they sense you in their area they will tag you if you do not tag them first. GEMs can also act as energizers, team bases, sentinels, ammo dumps, mines or keys to advance further into an adventure.

Highlander

One of our hardest games. Elimination Game. Last person remaining is the winner. You get 10 points and 1 credit for each person you tag. You must progress through the levels to receive the ability to eliminate other players. To advance to the first level, you must obtain 5 credits and tag the GREEN GEM. You will receive Rapid Fire for the rest of the game. To advance to the second level, you must obtain 10 credits and tag the YELLOW GEM. You will receive Mega Powers for the rest of the game. The third and final level requires players to obtain 15 credits and tag the RED GEM. If you get tagged by the RED GEM while not having the Rubber Shoes, it will eliminate you from the game. You must tag the GEMS in order. You cannot skip levels. If more than one play is remaining when time runs out the game will go into sudden death. 1 tag and you’re out.
